Over the past three years, under the leadership of chef Martin Košťál, the Goldie restaurant at the Nautilus Hotel has humbly and persistently built a reputation as one of the highest-rated and most sought-after restaurants in southern Bohemia. Every day is an opportunity for us to do our work with heart and respect for honest craftsmanship.
 
We accept the Bib Gourmand award in the Michelin Guide 2025 with great humility. For us, it is confirmation that our path—based on honest work, Czech ingredients, and the search for a balance of flavors—has real meaning. Thank you for your trust and support. We are happy to bring joy to our guests' plates and create experiences they willingly return to.
 
We also accept the award of two Golden Lions from Best Restaurant 2026 with deep gratitude. It is a great honor and commitment for us to continue to grow.
